How do we store this information

Your personal information is securely stored – all computers, laptops, etc, are locked with a passcode. We keep emails and paper-based records for a maximum of 12 months and then emails are deleted and paper-based records shredded.

 

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform.  Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our service to you.  Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications.  They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

What is our legal basis for processing information

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information is:

  • Your consent which you can remove at any time by contacting us (see below).

Your right to access, rectify or erase information

Please include your name and email address when you contact us as this helps us to ensure that we accept amendments only from the correct person.
