How do we store this information

Your personal information is securely stored – all computers, laptops, etc, are locked with a passcode. We keep emails and paper-based records for a maximum of 12 months and then emails are deleted and paper-based records shredded.


Our website is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our service to you.  Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications.  They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
